Embark on a 4-day safari to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy game drives, see the Big Five, and stay in budget accommodations.

Day 1:

After breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha, meet your driver-guide and head into the Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor.

Its natural vegetation mainly consists of acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa.

This national park is also home to three rare species of animals: the greater Kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, and a few Ashy starlings. Have a picnic lunch, after which you'll continue with the game until late evening. Then, drive to the Ngedere budget Lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 2:

After breakfast, head to the Serengeti National Park, the third-largest national park in Tanzania. The Serengeti is renowned for hosting the Big Five and a variety of other animals. Enjoy a game drive until lunchtime, allowing you to witness the diverse wildlife present in the park.

After lunch, proceed with a game drive. Afterward, return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3:

On this day, descend over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants.

Another big drawcard to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopards, which sometimes require a trained eye to spot. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here.

In the late afternoon, transfer to the campsite for an overnight stay.

Day 4:

Leave the national park and travel back to Arusha.
