Begin your day before sunrise with a hotel pickup in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival at the launch area, enjoy a light breakfast and watch the balloon inflation process as the sky begins to glow. After a safety briefing, gently ascend into the air for a 45–60 minute flight, depending on weather conditions.

Float above Cappadocia’s surreal landscape: fairy chimneys, volcanic rock formations, ancient cave dwellings, and colorful valleys. Your pilot will rotate the balloon for panoramic views, giving you the perfect opportunity to take breathtaking photos as the sun rises over the horizon. After landing, celebrate with a traditional flight certificate and non-alcoholic champagne toast, a long-standing ballooning tradition.

You will then be returned to your hotel to have breakfast before the start of the Red Tour.

Your guide will pick you up around late morning or early afternoon. Start with a scenic stop overlooking Göreme, where you can see the region’s unique volcanic landscape and take amazing pictures.

Next, head to the Zelve Open-Air Museum to see well-preserved rock-cut churches decorated with beautiful Byzantine frescoes. Learn about monastic life in Cappadocia and the early Christian communities who lived here.

Visit Çavuşin Village, an ancient Greek village known for its abandoned cave houses and impressive rock-cut churches. Your guide will explain the long history of the settlement and its significance in the region.

Travel to Avanos, the historic pottery center of Cappadocia. Here, you will visit a traditional pottery workshop, watch a demonstration by local artisans, and even try creating your own piece on the wheel if you wish.

Walk among Cappadocia’s most famous fairy chimneys. Paşabağı features some of the tallest and best-preserved formations, including multi-headed chimneys once used by monks for shelter and meditation.

End the tour in a valley full of naturally shaped rock formations resembling animals and figures. Let your imagination run wild as you explore these surreal formations. After the tour, you will be comfortably dropped off at your hotel.
