Pickup Information

Cruise ship guests: Due to damage from the December 17, 2024 earthquake, the main wharf is closed. Pickup will be at the main sea wall in Port Vila town, just a short walk from where the tenders arrive. Our team will be there with clear signage for easy identification.

Hotel guests: Pickup is directly from your hotel lobby at the agreed time.

Cruise ship guests are returned to the main sea wall with plenty of time before your ship’s departure.

Hotel guests are returned directly to their accommodation.
