Begin your rowing experience by meeting your instructor at the rowing club. Head to the clubroom for a quick safety briefing, followed by a demonstration of the rowing stroke in a high-tech gym. Learn the technique and understand how to work together as one.

Next, take a tour of the boat bay and learn about the fleet. Then, take a boat out (with sculling blades), place it on the bank, and apply the technique in pairs on the water.

Finally, get in the boat with your instructor and go rowing. Row past all the boathouses, passing under several bridges. After your rowing session, wash the boats and put them away.
