Upon entering, you'll find unique spaces like our wine cellar, where the journey begins, and an imposing cross-shaped grill in the center of the room, reflecting the essence of Argentine fire. The atmosphere is intimate, warm, and carefully curated to offer a different and memorable experience.
The menu offers a tour of Argentina with matured pasture meats, homemade sausages, and different step-by-step menu options, each designed to highlight the country's diversity. Each stage of the trip is accompanied by wine pairings selected from north to south, celebrating the richness of our wine regions.
Throughout the experience, you'll get a close-up look at the cooking techniques and preparation of each dish, and you'll enjoy an atmosphere where fire is the absolute protagonist.
