Hands-on conservation activities (releasing, chipping, marking, moving birds) are seasonal bonuses, not guaranteed. If these activities are unavailable, the core experience still runs as described.
Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes suitable for uneven terrain. Dress according to the season.
The tour operates in most weather conditions. If extreme weather forces us to cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Meeting point: McDonalds by NDK, Sofia, or at St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral square. Exact pickup time confirmed 24 hours before.
Dietary requirements: let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
