Hangzhou Jiuxi, Shililangdang & Yunqi Day Hiking Tour

Stroll through Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies, hike Shililangdang, explore Yunqi Bamboo Path—a Hangzhou day hike to Jiangnan's charm.
Jiuxi in Mist - Shililangdang Ancient Path - Yunqi Bamboo Path One-Day Hike (Approx. 11 km)

9:00 Depart on time from your downtown Hangzhou hotel, starting the day's mountain hike.

10:00 Arrive near Jiuxi Bus Station; gear up and commence the hike. Streams accompany the path, shaded by green trees.

10:30 Reach Jiuxi in Mist (Nine Creeks in Misty Forest), one of the New Ten Scenes of West Lake. After rain, mist hovers among the forest, streams meander around ancient trees, making it a perfect photo stop.

11:30 Enter Longjing Village (Dragon Well Village), the "First Tea Village", where houses nestle against hills, tea gardens stretch lush and green, and the air is filled with the fragrance of tea.

12:00 Free time at Longjing Village for resupply; lunch recommended here (expenses shared). Enjoy local farmhouse dishes and take a short rest.

13:30 Head to Eighteen Imperial Tea Trees in the Shifeng Longjing tea area, located at the core of West Lake Shifeng Longjing production zone. Tradition says they were personally designated by Emperor Qianlong, steeped in tea culture.

14:00 Ascend by the Xishan Hiking Trail and walk the Shililangdang Ancient Path. The ancient trail winds along the ridge, offering sweeping views of terraced tea fields unfolding like a painting.

16:00 Arrive at Yunqi Bamboo Path, also known as the "Bamboo-lined path at yunqi"and one of the New Ten Scenes of West Lake. Verdant bamboo lines the way, cool and serene, as if stepping into a natural oxygen bar.

18:00 Return by bus to your downtown Hangzhou hotel, where the tour concludes and the group disperses.
