Beschrijving

Enjoy a gentle, fun sledding experience in Bodø’s winter wonderland, inspired by the way locals embrace the snow. If the weather allows, the moment may be rounded off with a bonfire.
We begin with a drive to one of the gentle winter slopes, with the option to stop at scenic viewpoints along the way. Once there, we start the fun of sledding using traditional sledding boards or mats, just like the locals do. Between sledding rounds, we can take a short lunch break. Please bring your own food, as lunch is not included. Throughout the experience, we pause often to enjoy the winter wonderland and, if you wish, shape small snow figures in the fresh snow. If conditions allow, we may build a fire and warm ourselves with hot drinks and traditional snacks. Your guide will take photos during the day, giving you meaningful memories to bring home. This experience is designed for adults seeking fun yet serene winter moments in the Arctic.

Suitable for adults who are comfortable walking short distances. The total walking distance is usually under 3 km.

Waterproof clothing and shoe spikes (ice cleats) are highly recommended.

Snowy landscapes are increasingly unpredictable, but winter conditions with soft Arctic colours typically appear sometime between late October and late March. If snow conditions aren't suitable, we'll cancel the trip and fully refund your ticket.
