Hike to the top of the Boville Reservoir dam, climb the rocks, and enjoy a picnic lunch in the canyon on a day trip from Tirana.
Arrive at the Boville Reservoir and stop at the dam to see the Boville Canyon up close. Then, take a van to the back of the dam, above the village that overlooks the reservoir.
Start your hike, climbing about 400 meters in altitude. See several caves, the magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, as well as the steep rocks.
Descend from the same path and reach the parts of the rocks where the climbing routes are located. The routes vary in difficulty, from simple to more difficult, to give everyone the opportunity to climb, even beginners.
Get climbing equipment from the climbing team. Climb under high security measures and familiarize yourself with the basic equipment used, as well as some of the main knots used in this sport to ensure your safety.
After everyone has tried climbing at least once, descend to the canyon where you will consume the meal you brought with you and those who wish will be able to take a swim.
