Start your day with door-to-door hotel pickup in Sydney and travel in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a small group (max 14 guests). Enjoy a smoother pace, more photo time, and two signature moments that make this Blue Mountains day trip feel truly special: a Cockatoo/Parrot Encounter and a refreshing Katoomba Falls Stroll.

Your first stop is Lincoln’s Rock — a dramatic sandstone ledge above the Jamison Valley. Step up to the viewpoint for wide-open panoramas and those “walking on clouds” photos that everyone loves.

Next, we’ll visit a quieter lookout for a front-row view of the Three Sisters, while your guide shares local stories and Aboriginal legends connected to the landscape.

Then it’s time for the Blue Mountains’ most iconic rides at Scenic World. Experience the famous Scenic Railway into the rainforest, glide across the valley on the Skyway (including the glass-floor section), and enjoy a Cableway ride with cliff-side views — plus time for the rainforest boardwalks.

After the big views, we slow things down with a dedicated bird-spotting stop. Keep your eyes and ears open for sulphur-crested cockatoos and other native parrots (wildlife sightings can’t be guaranteed, but we know the best places to look).

In the afternoon, stretch your legs on the Katoomba Falls Stroll — an easy, scenic walk to waterfall viewpoints and misty forest moments. Finally, unwind in the charming village of Leura: browse boutique shops, try local ice cream and chocolates,or grab a flat white before we head back.

Return to Sydney with incredible mountain photos, fresh forest air in your lungs, and a day that feels both iconic and personal.
