Day 1: Enchanting Forest Park Exploration

Begin your adventure with a morning departure from your Zhangjiajie hotel to the National Forest Park. Trek along the Golden Whip Stream, surrounded by quartzite pillars and wild monkeys.

At noon, savor Tujia cuisine like smoked pork and mountain mushroom stew at a park restaurant. In the afternoon, ascend to Yuanjiajie and capture views of Avatar's "Hallelujah Mountains" from mist-wrapped viewpoints.

In the evening, return to your Zhangjiajie city hotel and enjoy free time at local markets.

Day 2: Sky-High Thrills & Ancient Water Town

Check out and drive to Tianmen Mountain. Ride the cable car above the clouds and gaze down at the serpentine "Heaven-Linking Avenue". Enjoy a quick lunch on the summit, then brave the cliff-hugging glass walkway and Tianmen Cave.
