It's a public beach in the Caribbean with a local vibe, and as on any public beach, vendors sometimes pass by. It's not a private club, nor does it have the turquoise waters of Barú. If you're looking for a relaxed, no-frills plan to unwind close to the city, you'll love it. If you're expecting a private, picture-perfect island, this is not the sightseeing tour for you.
What your day will be like: We'll greet you at the boarding point with identified staff so you don't have to ask who's who. You'll cross by speedboat (15-20 minutes) to Punta Arena, on the island of Tierra Bomba. There, your chair and table, your typical lunch, and the whole day to swim and rest await you. You choose what time to return (last boat at 4 pm).

Please note before booking: It is a public and local Caribbean beach, not a private one. The water is calm for swimming, not the turquoise blue of Barú, and as on any public beach, there are sometimes vendors. It's a simple and relaxed plan, not a luxury club. The drop-off time is flexible, with the last boat around 4 PM. We recommend bringing sunscreen, swimwear, and a towel.
We'll be waiting for you at the El Laguito boarding area. Our staff will be identified to greet you and show you your boat; ask for PaCartagena. That way, you won't have to ask around among several boats.
