Your Icebreaker Arktis experience includes a 3-hour icebreaker cruise, round-trip transfers from Haparanda or Tornio to the harbor in Kemi, ice floating, walking on the frozen sea (weather permitting), and a certificate of participation. Onboard, you'll enjoy two cozy indoor decks and a modern café with Arctic views.

Please note: the cruise is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Minimum height for the ice floating activity is 140 cm.
All programs have weather permitting. Walking on the ice might not be available in early winter season cruises.
Your shuttle will leave from Haparanda or Tornio approximately 2,5 hours before the icebreaker cruise. Be sure to check your transfer schedule. Wait for the bus outside.
Inside of the Icebreaker it is warm, but with appropriate clothing you will also be able to go outside on the deck to experience the arctic scenery. It is also a good idea to bring your sunglasses with you, especially in springtime when it can be very bright as the snow reflects the sunlight.
