The final chapter of the day leads to Beckov Castle, dramatically positioned on a limestone cliff overlooking the Váh River. Unlike the restored castles visited earlier, Beckov preserves the atmosphere of a medieval fortress in ruins. Walk around the accessible castle grounds and viewpoints while your guide explains how its commanding position protected the valley below for centuries. As the afternoon light begins to soften, enjoy panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and experience one of Slovakia's most striking castle landscapes before beginning the return journey to Bratislava.
