Experience a 3-course dinner in the heart of Lapland’s forest. Enjoy a snowmobile sleigh ride, savor a slow-braised wilderness stew, and taste a homemade Lapland berry pie.
Begin your evening with a snowmobile sleigh transfer through the peaceful winter landscape. Wrapped in warm blankets, glide through the snowy forest as your guide takes you to Metsola.
At Metsola, watch as a wilderness chef prepares a refined 3-course dinner inspired by the pure flavors of the North. Begin with a warm Forest Harvest Soup, depending on the season, either a creamy wild mushroom soup or a fresh nettle soup, both celebrating ingredients gathered from the surrounding nature.
For the main course, enjoy an overnight slow-braised wilderness stew, gently cooked to perfection to bring out deep, comforting flavors. This hearty dish reflects traditional northern cooking, where time and patience create richness and warmth.
Finish with a homemade Lapland berry pie, baked with wild berries from the forests of Lapland. For those who wish, a carefully curated wine pairing or a non-alcoholic drink package can be added to elevate the flavors even further.
