Day 1: Labuan Bajo Speedboat Island Hopping
Start your adventure with a hotel pickup in Labuan Bajo and board a speedboat to Padar Island. Trek to the top for panoramic views, then head to Pink Beach for snorkeling and relaxation.
Continue to Komodo Island for a guided trek to spot the legendary Komodo dragons. Next, visit the sandbar at Taka Makassar, snorkel with manta rays at Manta Point, and explore the underwater world at Siaba Island before returning to Labuan Bajo.
Day 2: Journey to Waerebo Cultural Village
Depart Labuan Bajo by car for an overland journey to Denge Village, with lunch included en route. Trek through lush forest trails to Waerebo, where you'll be welcomed with a traditional ceremony. Explore the village and observe the daily life of the local Manggarai community. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay inside Mbaru Niang, Waerebo's iconic cone-shaped traditional house.
Day 3: Waerebo to Nuca Molas Beach
Wake up early to watch the sunrise and have breakfast with the local community. Spend the morning exploring Waerebo Village and its surroundings. Trek back down to Denge Village for lunch, then take a boat transfer to Nuca Molas, with scenic photo stops along the way.
Explore the pristine white sands of Lowok Beach and visit the picturesque Nuca Molas Lighthouse before returning to Labuan Bajo.

This trip combines fast-paced island hopping with demanding cultural trekking please prepare accordingly.
Fitness: Day 2–3 involves trekking Denge–Waerebo (2–3 hours uphill, then back down), plus walking around the village. Moderate to good fitness required; wear sturdy shoes.
Weather: If weather/sea conditions are unfavorable, activity order or specific snorkeling/viewpoint spots may be adjusted for safety. These are minor adjustments only the overall itinerary (Komodo island hopping, Waerebo trek, Nuca Molas visit) is still delivered as booked.
Overnight stay: Night 2 is inside Mbaru Niang, Waerebo's communal house basic/shared facilities, not hotel-standard. Accommodation after Day 1 is not included.
Bring: Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, light rain jacket, medication, water bottle.
Flights: Not included plan timing around Day 1's 06:10–07:00 pickup.
Local customs: Waerebo is a living village follow your guide's instructions throughout the stay.
