The experience begins with a guided tour of the pasta factory in operation, where you will be able to closely observe all the stages of pasta production, from the selection of raw materials to the drying process. You will discover the special feature that makes Pasta Morelli unique: the addition of fresh wheat germ to the semolina, which gives the pasta an intense aroma and flavor.
