You will be contacted by our staff in the late afternoon on the day before your visit.
Visitors should dress modestly, plesae cover knees and shoulders.
During peak season, the line for ticket holders may take longer due to security and name checks, usually around 30–40 minutes. However, it is still faster than the line for visitors without tickets.
The Vatican Museums ticket includes the Sistine Chapel. If the Sistine Chapel or any part of the museums is closed to the public, you can still visit the museums, but the ticket or tour is non-refundable.
For St. Peter’s Basilica, please read carefully what is included.
For infants under 7 years old, no ticket is required if you select the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel option only. For all products that include St. Peter’s Basilica, a service fee applies even for free tickets.
Arrive at least 25 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to the timed entry policy.
