Along the way, you’ll sample a wide range of classic Mexican dishes. If you are staying in the Downtown area of Cancun, the meeting point is typically accessible by foot from most hotels. However, most guests stay in Cancun's Hotel Zone along the beach. The easiest way to reach the meeting point is via taxi. Uber is available in Cancun and recommended. There is are also regular bus services between the Hotel Zone (Boulevard Kukulcán) and Cancun Downtown (Avenida Tulum). Depending on which stop you depart, the walking distance to the meeting point is around 10-15 minutes. The buses run every five minutes, with the most popular routes being R1 and R2.
