Discover Bhutan through its valley towns, mountain roads and sacred landmarks on a four-day private journey. Begin in Paro, explore the capital of Thimphu, take a day trip to Punakha and finish with the walk to Tiger's Nest Monastery.
Day 1: Arrive in Paro and discover Thimphu
Meet your guide at Paro International Airport and travel to Thimphu, stopping at the iron bridge along the way. Visit Buddha Dordenma for views across the capital, then explore local customs at Simply Bhutan. Continue to Tashichho Dzong before checking in to your hotel. The day's sightseeing depends on your flight arrival time and site opening hours.
Overnight: Thimphu.
Day 2: Cross Dochula Pass to Punakha
Leave Thimphu for a day in Punakha Valley. Stop at Dochula Pass to see the 108 stupas, with views of the mountains when the weather is clear. Walk through the surrounding farmland to Chimi Lhakhang, then visit Punakha Dzong. Take in the river scenery at the Punakha Suspension Bridge before returning to Thimphu.
Overnight: Thimphu.
Day 3: Hike to Tiger's Nest and explore Paro
Travel to Paro and set out on foot for Tiger's Nest Monastery. Follow the uphill trail toward the cliffside sanctuary, taking breaks along the way to enjoy the valley views. After the hike, spend time exploring Paro town. A traditional hot stone bath can be arranged at an additional cost.
Overnight: Paro.
Day 4: Depart from Paro
Transfer to Paro International Airport according to your departure flight schedule, bringing your journey through Bhutan to a close.
The order of visits may change with flight times, weather and local access. The Tiger's Nest visit involves an uphill hike and steps.

Mountain views depend on the weather. The order of visits may change with weather, flight schedules and local access. International flights, applicable visa fees and the Sustainable Development Fee are separate from the tour price. The hot stone bath is optional and payable separately.
