Take some time for yourself and cherish the present moment through a sauna and ice bath session next to the serene Kawarau River in Queenstown. Sweat away your worries inside the wood-fired barrel sauna, with varying temperatures between 80 and 100 degrees celsius.
Afterwards, choose if you want to cool down by jumping in the flowing river, stepping into the ice bath with temperatures between 1 and 4 degrees, or use the cold showers instead. This drastic change from hot to cold has incredible health benefits, supporting recovery while connecting you with yourself. Look around and enjoy the stunning Queenstown views while laying down on the garden lounges. The fire pit and tasty herbal tea will warm you up, making it easy to let go of any remaining stress.
