Join a hands-on workshop in Munich and learn to make traditional Bavarian pretzels from scratch. Mix and knead the dough yourself, shape it into the classic pretzel form, and go through the traditional lye dip that gives pretzels their dark, shiny crust and distinctive flavor before baking them to order.

While the pretzels bake, prepare obazda together, a Bavarian cheese spread made with camembert, butter, and spices, traditionally eaten with fresh pretzels and radishes. To finish, make kaiserschmarrn, a fluffy shredded pancake, torn apart and caramelized in the pan.

Enjoy a full meal, not just a snack: everything you make, you eat, paired with a Bavarian beer tasting to go along with it.
