Cycle through Delft with your own guide: the Markt, the leaning Oude Kerk and the Prinsenhof, then on to the Oostpoort, Agnetapark and the spot of Vermeer's View of Delft. Bike included.
Hop on a city bike at Hotel Arsenaal and see Delft the way the Dutch do. In two hours you combine the historic centre with places most visitors never reach on foot.
Your guide meets you at the hotel in the former arsenal on the Korte Geer, where the bikes are waiting. From the Paardenmarkt you ride to the Oostpoort, the only city gate of Delft still standing, with its twin spires and drawbridge over the water.
Back in the centre you stop on the Markt, between the Stadhuis and the Nieuwe Kerk, burial place of William of Orange and the Dutch royal family. Along the Oude Delft canal you reach the leaning tower of the Oude Kerk, where Vermeer is buried, and the Prinsenhof, where William of Orange was shot in 1584.
On the Hooikade you stand where Vermeer painted View of Delft around 1660, a painting that now hangs in the Mauritshuis. The last stop is Agnetapark, the garden village Jacques van Marken built in 1884 for the workers of his yeast factory, before you ride back to Hotel Arsenaal.
Delft is flat and compact, so the pace stays relaxed and there is time for photos at every stop.

Meet your guide at the entrance of Hotel Arsenaal, in the old arsenal building on the Korte Geer. Your bikes are ready there.
