Sightseeing tour to Tambo Colorado from the José de San Martín Pisco Cruise Port: discover an ancient Inca settlement and its unique history.
The sightseeing tour begins with a pickup from the José de San Martín Pisco Cruise Port, where our staff will greet you with a sign that says "Like Xplorer." From there, you will begin a comfortable transfer to the Inca settlement of Tambo Colorado, a site probably built at the end of the 15th century and ruled by the Inca Emperor Pachacutec.

During the visit, your tour guide will explain how Tambo Colorado functioned as an administrative, ceremonial, and military center, controlling the main route from the coast to the highlands. You can tour its well-preserved structures, admire its walls painted in red and ocher, and learn about the details of its architecture and use within the Inca Empire.

The sightseeing tour offers an educational and cultural experience, ideal for those who want to learn about Inca history, archaeology, and culture without leaving the comfort of organized transportation.

At the end of the visit, the return transport to the José de San Martín Pisco Cruise Port will be provided, ensuring that your journey is comfortable, safe, and hassle-free.
