Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each participant must be capable of paddling independently in a 2-person kayak. If minimum participants are not reached 7 hours prior, the activity will be canceled and a refund issued. If canceled due to adverse weather before it begins, a refund will be issued. By booking, participants agree to follow all conduct rules and regulations; failure to comply may result in exclusion and release We Take You LLC from all liability. Regardless of the indicated start time, We Take You LLC reserves an additional 30-minute period, considering differences in orientation, water entry times, or operational matters. No participant may claim the exact start time within the scheduled and reserved period, ensuring a safe, organized operation.
