First stop is Swansea’s Maritime Quarter, a lively waterfront district where historic docklands have been transformed into cultural attractions. Here you can stroll along the marina, enjoy waterfront views and learn about Wales’ maritime and industrial past. Highlights include galleries, the National Maritime Museum and the centre dedicated to Wales' most famous poet, Dylan Thomas.

Next up, the village of Mumbles, known as the gateway to the Gower. This charming, historic seaside settlement features a Victorian pier, traditional cafés and pubs, independent shops and an iconic lighthouse. In the afternoon, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the natural splendour of the Wales Coast Path — taking in coastal views on an optional walk between Langland Bay and Caswell Bay. This section of path showcases the dramatic cliffs, sandy coves and wildlife of the Gower coastline.

The tour’s final highlight is the west‑facing Gower coast, home to Rhossili Bay — a spectacular sweep of golden sand backed by cliffs that has won numerous awards and accolades. From Rhossili Bay, you’ll enjoy outstanding views along this iconic shoreline and out to Worm’s Head, a striking tidal headland whose name comes from an old word for “sea serpent” and which can be reached on foot at low tide (tide permitting).
