With a private booking, the entire studio is yours for 3 hours. No other guests, no shared spaces - just your group enjoying the full 90 Degrees experience at your own pace.
Start in our authentic Finnish sauna, powered by a Harvia heater and filled with the kind of dry heat that melts away tension and clears the mind. When you're ready, step into one of our two stainless steel cold plunge tubs for an ice-cold immersion that shocks the system in the best possible way. Alternate between heat and cold as many times as you like - this is your time.
Between rounds, relax in our stylish lounge with comfortable seating and ambient lighting. Refreshments are available at our bar throughout your session.

BELANGRIJKE INFORMATIE
Arrive 10 minutes before your session starts. The studio will be fully prepared and heated upon your arrival. We recommend avoiding heavy meals at least 1 hour before your session. Stay hydrated - water is available throughout. Contrast therapy involves alternating between high heat and cold water immersion. Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
