Right after booking, you'll need to send an email with a copy of your passport or ID card, as you'll have to buy the tickets and, since they're nominative, you'll need to have your passports or ID cards to hand.
The tour includes a guided tour of approximately 1.5 hours, and then you can stay until closing time in the gardens and palaces.
There's a cafeteria for a bite to eat and restrooms.
Plaza del Triunfo, surrounded by 3 monuments: the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, and the Cathedral. In the center of the square, you'll find a statue of the Immaculate Conception. The guide will be there waiting for you
