Discover Andalusia's liquid gold as you stroll among centuries-old olive trees at a traditional farmhouse. Awaken your senses with a tasting of organic EVOO and a careful selection of local wines.
Your experience begins as you walk through the doors of our traditional Andalusian cortijo, a haven of peace where history and nature come together. We'll welcome you with a brief introduction to the estate before entering a magical setting: a guided walk among our centuries-old olive trees. Under the shade of their silver leaves, you'll discover the secrets of organic farming and understand why this fruit is the true cultural engine of our land.

After reconnecting with nature, it will be time to awaken your senses. We'll move to an exclusive area of the farmhouse to start a guided tasting of our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). You'll learn to taste like a professional, identifying its green notes, its fruitiness, and its balance on the palate.

To round off this gastronomic immersion, the experience continues with a carefully curated tasting of local wines. We'll pair the day with local wines that reflect the unique character of the land. A perfect opportunity to relax, savor Andalusia, and take home an unforgettable souvenir.
