Service Process
1. Submit your hotel name and address once your booking is confirmed to arrange pickup.
2. Our experienced, safety-focused drivers will accompany you for the whole journey.
- For Option 1 (Driver Only): The driver drops you off at Mutianyu’s main parking lot and waits nearby during your 2–3 hours of free self-exploration.
- For Option 2 (Driver + Guide): Your tour guide will ride with you in the van, share historical background on the way, and stay with you at the Great Wall to introduce culture and landmarks during your sightseeing time. You will also have free time to explore the wall on your own.
3. After your visit, the driver picks you up at the agreed time and transfers you back to your downtown hotel inside the 4th Ring Road.

Vehicle Arrangement
If your booking group size is 3 guests or fewer, we will arrange a 5-seater car instead of the 7-seater van.
Pick-up Punctuality Policy
Please wait for our driver/guide in your hotel lobby at the agreed pick-up time. The driver will only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
If you fail to show up within the 10-minute waiting window, the vehicle will depart. Your booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Pick-up Time Notification
We will inform you of your exact pick-up time one day in advance. The final time will be adjusted based on the distance from your hotel.
