08:00 Depart from Hotel in Downtown Hangzhou
At 8:00 AM, your guide or private vehicle will pick you up promptly from your hotel in downtown Hangzhou, marking the start of your one-day tour of Zen charm and pagoda shadows. Please prepare in advance, and it is recommended to wear light clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

08:40-09:40 Visit Jingci Temple
Arrive at Jingci Temple, located on the southern shore of West Lake. This thousand-year-old temple is famous for the "Nanping Evening Bell." You will listen to the melodious bell chimes, see the legendary "Ancient Well for Transporting Logs," and experience the tales of Monk Jigong. On the stone steps in front of the Buddha Hall, you can capture morning light as it falls upon Leifeng Pagoda, with its reflection blending harmoniously with the ancient temple – an ideal photo opportunity.

09:50-11:50 Ascend Leifeng Pagoda
Next, proceed to Leifeng Pagoda. Take the elevator to the top for a panoramic view of West Lake and the surrounding hills. The exhibition hall on the ground floor displays precious cultural relics unearthed from the original pagoda site, well worth a closer look. If time and energy permit, you may also opt for a mini-adventure along the Jiuyue Mountain trail, which offers a unique vantage point halfway up the mountain overlooking Leifeng Pagoda and West Lake.

12:00-13:30 Lunch (at your own expense)
Enjoy free dining around Leifeng Pagoda or Jingci Temple. Recommended local specialties include Hangzhou-style dishes such as Dongpo Pork and Longjing Shrimp, or a bowl of hearty Banchuan noodles. Several well-regarded restaurants are nearby, allowing you to choose according to your taste. Lunch expenses are self-covered.

14:00-15:30 Ascend Liuhe Pagoda
In the afternoon, take a vehicle to Liuhe Pagoda. Climb this ancient pagoda to overlook the majestic Qiantang River Bridge and the surging river tides. Known as the "Tide-Listening at Liuhe" scene, you will feel the river breeze and hear the rhythmic sound of waves – a magnificent fusion of ancient pagoda and flowing water.

15:45-17:00 Visit White Pagoda Park
Then proceed to White Pagoda Park, where you will see the White Pagoda, a relic from the Five Dynasties Wuyue Kingdom. This thousand-year-old stone pagoda features exquisite carvings. You can also take a ride on a vintage green steam train, traveling along the tracks amid flowers and trees, and capture nostalgic photos of the old train carriages set against the White Pagoda, enjoying a moment of slow-paced charm.

17:00 Tour Ends, Return to Hotel
The tour concludes here. A private vehicle will take you back to your hotel in downtown Hangzhou, where you can rest briefly on the way and reflect on the unique journey of pagoda shadows and Zen chimes.
