From Victoria Falls: 4-Day Falls, Chobe & Village Stay

Discover the natural wonders and wildlife of Zimbabwe and Botswana on a 4-day tour from Victoria Falls. Explore Chobe National Park, visit Monde Village, and cruise along the Zambezi River.
Begin with a transfer from Victoria Falls International Airport to your hotel. Later that afternoon, board a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Enjoy drinks and light snacks while watching the sunset and looking for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and birdlife along the riverbanks.

The following morning, explore Victoria Falls on a guided walking tour through the rainforest. Visit the main viewpoints and learn about the history, geology, and cultural importance of Mosi-oa-Tunya, meaning “The Smoke That Thunders.” Continue to the historic Victoria Falls Bridge and the famous Big Tree before enjoying the afternoon at leisure.

Travel to Botswana on day three for a full-day Chobe National Park safari. Explore the park during an open-vehicle game drive and search for elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebra, and antelope. After lunch, enjoy a boat safari on the Chobe River for close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and abundant birdlife.

On day four, leave the conventional tourist route and travel to Monde Village, a rural community outside Victoria Falls. Meet your local host and learn about traditional homesteads, farming, family life, customs, and community values.

Participate in daily activities that may include collecting vegetables, grinding grain, preparing a cooking fire, or helping to make a traditional meal. Enjoy locally prepared Zimbabwean cuisine before an evening of storytelling, music, and cultural interaction around the fire.

Spend the night in simple, clean, and comfortable village accommodation prepared for visitors. This is an authentic rural experience rather than a conventional hotel stay.

After a traditional breakfast on day five, take a final village walk and say farewell to your hosts. Transfer to Victoria Falls International Airport for your independently arranged onward flight.
