Begin your adventure with a convenient pickup from your accommodation in São Paulo. With your bilingual tour guide, travel to the meeting point, where you'll meet other hikers and begin your hike through the Atlantic Forest.

Hike 650 feet above sea level to the first waterfall. Along the way, keep an eye out for wildlife, such as monkeys and snakes. Upon reaching the first waterfall, take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Continue your hike to the second and largest waterfall, where you'll have another opportunity to swim and relax in the serene environment. Afterward, hike back to the meeting point and drive to São Vicente for lunch at a restaurant with a breathtaking view of Santos Beach. Indulge in the flavors of local seafood or steaks.

Next, head to Itararé Beach and take a chairlift through part of the Atlantic Forest to the top of Itararé Hill. Admire the stunning views of the green hills and beaches of Guarujá and keep an eye out for the Sagui monkeys. Finally, return to your pickup location in São Paulo.
