The Iwahig Firefly Magic tour lets you enjoy a delicious dinner by the river, then experience a peaceful boat cruise under thousands of glowing fireflies in the mangroves of Iwahig. It’s the perfect mix of good food, nature, and wonder — ideal for couples, families, and first-time visitors.

HOTEL PICK-UP
Your driver and local guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby at the scheduled time, around 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Enjoy a relaxing 30-40 minute van ride to Iwahig River while watching the sunset over Palawan’s countryside.

ARRIVAL AT IWAHIG RIVER & WELCOME
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the staff. Take time to use the restrooms and take photos of the riverside pavilion before dinner.

BUFFET DINNER BY THE RIVER
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM | Sit down to a Filipino buffet dinner in an open-air dining area overlooking Iwahig River. Enjoy dishes like grilled fish, chicken, pork, vegetables, rice, soup, and fresh fruit. Bottled water is included. Feel the cool evening breeze and listen to the sounds of nature as you eat.

FIREFLY WATCHING RIVER CRUISE - "EVENING GLOW"
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM | This is the highlight! Board a boat with your local boatman and guide. As night falls, cruise slowly along Iwahig River with all lights turned off.
You will see thousands of fireflies lighting up the mangrove trees on both sides of the river. The trees glow like they’re covered in tiny fairy lights. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly magical. Your guide will share fun facts about fireflies and mangrove conservation during the cruise.

RETURN TO PUERTO PRINCESA CITY PROPER
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM | After the cruise, ride back to the van and get dropped off at your hotel in Puerto Princesa City around 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM
