Come and enjoy an original experience combining sport, sea, and fun!
WEDNESDAY at 7:00 PM
We start with a run of about 5 km by the sea, at an accessible and convivial pace. The goal is not to break a record: we run together, we enjoy the scenery and the sea air, each at their own pace.

After the exertion, it's time for the most refreshing moment: a dip in the Mediterranean! Depending on the season, the water can be cool, especially in winter, when it can drop to around 10°C (50°F). A short and gradual immersion, in a group atmosphere of mutual support.

The contrast between the run, which warms the body, and the cool water, which provides a feeling of invigoration, offers a real moment of respite and refreshment.

And because a great experience always ends with a drink, we then head to a nearby bar to share a drink and get to know each other.

Bring a small bag with:

a towel

dry clothes to change into after swimming

Possibly warm clothes in winter

During the race and the swim, your bag will remain on the beach. We therefore recommend that you do not leave any valuables in it.

For practical reasons, keep your phone and keys with you during the run, in a small, suitable pouch if necessary.

Who is this experience for?

This activity is for people who enjoy running, trying new experiences, and having a good time together.

You don't need to be a great athlete: the spirit is above all friendly and collective. We run about 5 kilometers, then we enjoy the sea and a drink together.

Whether you're just passing through the area or you live here, it's an original way to discover something new about the coastline.
