Travel with a local guide and private vehicle as you visit Girona, Peratallada, and Calella de Palafrugell in one carefully paced day. Along the way, see historic landmarks, quiet stone lanes, and whitewashed seafront houses, with time to enjoy the atmosphere at each stop.

Begin in Girona, a city known for its layered history and striking architecture. Walk through the Jewish Quarter, one of the best-preserved in Europe, and admire the cathedral, home to the widest Gothic nave in the world. Cross the iron bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel and take in the colourful riverside houses along the Onyar. As you explore, your guide shares the stories behind the city’s streets, monuments, and filming locations.

Continue into the countryside to Peratallada, a remarkably preserved medieval village of cobbled lanes, stone arches, and old towers. Here, stop at a local vermuteria for a glass of wine or another drink before heading to the coast. In the afternoon, arrive in Calella de Palafrugell, a whitewashed fishing village on the Costa Brava. Enjoy time for lunch, a swim, or a walk by the turquoise coves before returning to Barcelona, where the day ends with drop-off and local dining tips from your guide.
