Start your adventure in Puerto Jimenez at 5:20 AM and take a boat to Sirena. Begin your 20-kilometer hike from Sirena to La Leona Station, continuing all the way to Carate.
Hike close to the beach, mostly in the secondary forest. This hike requires endurance, as the heat and humidity make the 20-kilometer journey in 8 hours somewhat challenging.
Along the way, enjoy magical views and secluded beaches. Experience the unique power of the Pacific Ocean meeting the jungle. Take a refreshing swim in the river along the way. Enjoy wildlife that you will encounter along the way.
Arrive in Carate at before sunset, feeling accomplished after a day of adventure.
