Fort Bard is an imposing military structure built in the first half of the 19th century on a rocky prominence at the entrance to the Aosta Valley. Today, the fort is a cultural and tourist centre, the site of museums, international exhibitions, events, and state-of-the-art information and reception services.

You must exchange your voucher at the ticket counter. There are 2 ticket counterpoints: the first is situated at the start of the first panoramic lift. You will find the second ticket counterpoint at the top of the medieval village, behind the Church of Bard.
