Learn how to prepare authentic Oaxacan mole with a traditional cook. Visit a local market, cook together, and enjoy the meal before returning to your lodging.
We will pick you up at your place of stay (hotel, Airbnb, etc.). Your driver will let you know when they are at the entrance and will take you to Teotitlán del Valle, a beautiful town. There, we will arrive at the home of a traditional cook, with whom we will visit the local market and buy all the ingredients. We will then return to the cook's home, where we will begin preparing traditional Oaxacan mole. We will help the cook prepare the mole, a process that will take approximately 4.5 hours. Once we have finished preparing it, we will enjoy it, and at the end of the class, we will take you back to your estancia.
