Hi… I’m your guide. Or rather a Knight.
Unlike other tours, I won’t just guide you through Valletta.
I will become and portray one of the infamous Knights of the Order of St John.
A man who broke the rules, bent a few more… and somehow still found his place in Valletta’s knightly history
Because not all Knights were heroes in shining armour.
Some of us had… history.
Step into Valletta as it has never been told before: a 2.5-hour theatrical walking tour through Malta’s UNESCO-listed capital, set between 1597 and 1610 led a guide in authentic Knights clothing
At every stop, another layer of the city reveals itself:
• The process of becoming a Knight and the loopholes that let the unworthy in
• Hidden symbols scattered across Valletta… and what they truly meant
• The society, power dynamics, and a lessor know personalities like woman who held more influence than most noblemen
Your guide portrays one of history’s most unlikely Knights, a man whose past should have barred him from the Order entirely.
He’ll admit that much. What he won’t tell you… is how he became a Knight and why he is in Malta! That answer comes at the end.
Along the way, you’ll explore Valletta’s most iconic landmarks, including the Upper Barrakka Gardens, St John’s Co-Cathedral, the Grand Master’s Palace, but unlike most tours we will the had down another off-beat path with hidden gems corners where the city’s real business was conducted.
Each location holds a story, some of which history prefers to forget.

Your local guide will be dressed in 17th Century clothing, Black hat with (possibly the best-dressed local around ;)
It's important to arrive 15 mins to 10 mins before to get acquainted with your host and so the experience will start on time.
This tour involves a significant amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
This tour dives into some darker and more mature tales, so it’s best suited for ages 14 and up. For the comfort of all guests (and to keep the mood just right), we kindly ask that NO babies or young children in pushchairs join this particular adventure.
Our stories twist, turn, and build up from one stop to the next, so a good grasp of English will help you catch every juicy detail, clever twist, and cheeky secret along the way and ensure your survival ;)

Your guide will be dressed in black 17th-Century knightly attire (the best-dressed man in Valletta) and impossible to miss ;)
