Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel and head to the lakeside. Choose between a speedboat or an executive canoe to reach Ngamba Island, home to orphaned and rescued chimpanzees.
Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and a detailed briefing from an English-speaking guide. Take a guided nature walk around the island, which is also a bird paradise with about 150 species, including African grey parrots, African Fish Eagles, and hornbills.
Witness the prime activity of the island: the feeding of the chimps. At a fee, participate in the feeding and feed the chimp of your choice or watch the activity on a raised platform.
