The cruise operates in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather, the operator may cancel or reschedule the cruise for safety reasons
There is no toilet on board
The boats are not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to step into and out of the boat
The exact cruising route may vary depending on canal traffic and operational conditions
The audio guide is accessible via your smartphone. We recommend bringing a fully charged phone and headphones
If you have the Rijksmuseum (on the roadside, not the square) at your back. On the other side of the road you see a shop from another canal cruise company on the right. On the left there are stairs leading down to the dock. That is where we start. We also have lamppost signs with our name on. Look for the crew in pink.
