Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed, as they are wild animals and their presence depends on natural conditions.
Guests must follow all marine sanctuary guidelines, including maintaining distance and avoiding touching or feeding the whale sharks.

Shower WITHOUT shampoo and do not apply anything that has chemicals (Lotion, Bug Spray, etc) before the activity.
The schedule is subject to change depending on the weather conditions. If the schedule changes due to severe weather, you can reschedule or cancel and get a full refund. But if the transportation ticket has already been provided, only the whale shark ticket will be refunded.
One complimentary rebooking within seven calendar days, subject to availability.
If the tour proceeds as scheduled but no whale sharks are sighted despite reasonable search efforts, the activity will be considered completed and no refund will be issued
Proceed to the McDonald's Mainroad area near D'Mall Boracay. Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time.
