Learn about the history of Mount Pilatus, including one of the first documented ascents in 1518 by a group led by Joachim von Watt, better known as Joachim Vadian.
If you’re feeling adventurous, hike to the Tomlishorn, the highest peak of the massif, standing at 2,128 meters above sea level. As you climb, admire the stunning alpine scenery and keep an eye out for local wildlife.
