Puerto Natales: Grey Glacier Cruise & Torres del Paine Tour

Set out early from Puerto Natales and spend the day discovering two of Patagonia’s most memorable landscapes in one journey. Begin with pickup from your accommodation between 06:00 and 06:30, then head toward the Grey Lake sector for a scenic navigation with close-up views of Grey Glacier. From the boat, take in the glacier’s immense ice walls and its three visible fronts, while surrounded by floating ice and the striking colours of the lake.

During the navigation, enjoy a drink served with ancient ice collected from Grey Lake. This special moment adds a memorable local touch to the journey, connecting you directly with the glacial environment of Torres del Paine. The lake’s distinctive tones come from fine mineral sediments known as glacial flour, carried from the glacier and suspended in the water.

After the cruise, continue with a panoramic full-day tour through Torres del Paine National Park. Travel by road past some of the park’s most iconic natural sites, including Rio Serrano, Lake Pehoé, Salto Grande, Lake Nordenskjöld, Lake Sarmiento, Laguna Amarga, and Cascada Paine. Along the way, admire turquoise lakes, waterfalls, mountain backdrops, and sweeping Patagonian scenery.

Keep an eye out for local wildlife during the route. Depending on the day and conditions, you may spot guanacos, rheas, condors, flamingos, foxes, armadillos, and occasionally even a puma. The experience ends with the return journey to Puerto Natales after a day of glacier views, panoramic stops, and some of the park’s most scenic landscapes.
