Detailed description
The Ibiza Dinner Night™ begins at 8:00 pm at Vanilla Beach in Playa d’en Bossa, just a few metres from the sea. Guests from different countries come together for a special evening that combines dining, movement and the city of Ibiza.

Around 8:45 pm, the Ibiza Dinner Night™ Ritual begins. Guests freely choose between burgers, sushi, pasta or classic paella. Vegetarian options are also available. Each dish is served in its own mini paella pan. The heart of this world-first concept is the selection of signature sauces, specially developed for this ritual to give familiar dishes a completely new depth of flavour.

At 10:00 pm, the next highlight begins: a dreamlike moonlight boat ride along the coast of Ibiza. From the sea, the illuminated fortress and the colourful Old Town appear in a rare and beautiful perspective, reflected on the water.
The highlight of the ride is entering the yacht harbour of Ibiza Old Town, where yachts, lights and nightlife create a striking panorama, ideal for photos and videos.

From 11:00 pm to 1:00 am, the experience continues on foot through the Old Town at night. The walk leads through lively alleys, past flower-covered facades and a wide variety of beautiful bars and restaurants, up to Dalt Vila, the historic heart of Ibiza and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the top, impressive panoramic views open up over the city, harbour and sea.

To finish, a refreshing cocktail awaits. Afterwards, guests can return by boat to Playa d’en Bossa or continue the night independently in Ibiza town.
