Begin your day with a drive to Marangu village, where you'll meet your English-speaking guide for a briefing on the day's highlights. Start your adventure at the Marangu Village.

Next, take a short hike to a nearby valley with a small waterfall, known as the "evergreen valley" by locals. Then, drive to the other side of the village to learn about the history of the Chagga tribe. Visit the caves dug by the Chagga during the wars with the Maasai, which were used to hide children, women, and cattle during attacks.

See a traditional Chagga house, food storage facilities, stone grain grinders, and plants traditionally used by the tribe. Continue to a coffee farm to see how coffee is cultivated, harvested, and processed. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

After a hot lunch at a local restaurant, hike to the Ndoro Waterfall. Although the trail is short and challenging, the stunning waterfall is worth the effort. Decide whether to swim or simply touch the water from Kilimanjaro. Finally, drive back to Moshi with memories of your adventure.
