Present your booking made and paid on the platform to Viet Bigbus staff (staff wearing orange T-shirt uniforms at the orange booths) to collect your ticket, board the bus, and enjoy the experience.
The meeting point is at Nguyen Hue Waliking street area. It is in front of The Royal - Kim Do Hotel, at the corner of Le Loi - Nguyen Hue intersection, at the old Tax Trade Center.
