Located in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, Mount Sanqingshan is a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its unusual granite formations, steep mountain landscapes, ancient pine trees, and atmospheric cloud scenery.
Choose the entrance and transportation option that best suits your travel plans. Select the Jinsha Entrance + Round-Trip Cable Car option to enter from the eastern side of the mountain and travel up and down using the Jinsha Cableway. Alternatively, choose the Waishuangxi Entrance + Round-Trip Cable Car to enter from the southern side and use the Waishuangxi Cableway for both ascent and descent.
Travelers looking for a more physically demanding experience can select the Waishuangxi Hiking Entry Ticket, which includes scenic-area admission but does not include cable-car transportation.
Once on the mountain, explore independently according to your selected entrance, available time, physical ability, and current trail conditions. Discover some of Sanqingshan’s most recognizable landscapes, which may include Goddess Peak, Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain, Nanqing Garden, West Coast, Sunshine Coast, dramatic granite pillars, pine-covered ridgelines, and elevated mountain walkways.
