Know Before You Go

• Please advise any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

• BBQ dinner and one bottled water are included.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

• Bring a warm jacket or extra layers for the evening.

• Children under 7 years old require an approved child restraint. Please contact us in advance if one is needed.

• Pickup time and meeting details will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS the evening before departure.

• Please arrive at your pickup location 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

• Hotel pickup requests must be provided at least 24 hours before departure.

• Bring your phone or camera. Your guide will happily assist with night-sky photography.

• Stargazing is subject to weather and visibility conditions. Clear skies cannot be guaranteed.

• The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or operational requirements.

• All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Please follow your guide's safety instructions at all times.
